I have called Arizona home for most of my life. With nearly 20 years of experience in law enforcement, I bring a wealth of real-world insight to my counseling practice. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from CGU in 2023, following an undergraduate degree in Business Management.

My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, talk therapy, and specialized treatment for substance abuse and addiction. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, combining professional expertise with empathy and understanding.

Outside of my work, I enjoy music, learning new songs on the guitar, and practicing martial arts.
