Regina Pringle, LMSW
I am a licensed social worker with extensive experience serving economically disadvantaged communities in Philadelphia, including the Kensington area. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and children as they navigate complex personal, emotional, and social challenges. My professional experience includes working with parents, families, and the foster care community in both direct service and administrative leadership roles.
Committed to lifelong learning and advocacy, I earned dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Disaster Resilience Leadership from Tulane University. I have also completed studies in hospitality and paralegal studies, providing me with a diverse professional background that enhances my ability to connect with clients from a wide range of cultures, experiences, and life circumstances.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Using a client-centered approach, I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, helping clients strengthen their emotional, mental, and overall well-being while developing resilience and confidence.
I have a special passion for working with Veterans. As a Veteran myself, I understand firsthand the unique experiences, transitions, and challenges that military service can bring. My lived experience allows me to connect with fellow Veterans through empathy, authenticity, and understanding while providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Together, we work to foster self-confidence, strengthen relationships, encourage personal growth, and support healing in a way that honors each person’s individual journey.
Colleagues and clients describe me as compassionate, insightful, professional, empathetic, driven, warm, and dedicated. I am committed to helping every client discover their strengths, trust their own decisions, and create a life that reflects their values, resilience, and goals.
