I take a collaborative, whole-person approach to care, with a focus on bridging physical and mental health. My goal is to meet patients where they are, providing practical, compassionate support that integrates primary care and behavioral health needs to enhance overall well-being.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with Strategies for Success, where I help connect primary care and mental health services. In addition, I own and operate a family medicine practice in Scottsdale. My clinical background includes experience in family medicine at Mayo Clinic, geriatrics within a continuing care retirement community, and both pediatric and adult Level I trauma centers. I began my career as an emergency and trauma nurse, which continues to inform my calm, thorough, and patient-centered approach to care. I am licensed in Arizona and six additional states, including Colorado, Utah, Montana, Indiana, Florida, and New Hampshire.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in 2006.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through Pilates and hiking, and I express my creative side through cake baking and decorating. I have three sons in early adulthood who keep life both busy and rewarding.
